Privacy Policy

1. General information

  1. This policy applies to the website operating at: nataliajagus.com
  2. The operator of the site and the data controller of your personal data is: Polecam Natalia Jaguś, ul. Warszawska 10, 08-500 Ryki, Poland, NIP: 5060113331
  3. The operator's contact email address: hello@nataliajagus.com
  4. The Operator is the data controller for your personal data with respect to data you provide voluntarily on the site.
  5. The site uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Running a comment system
    • Presenting an offer or information
  6. The site collects information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which is then entered into the Operator's systems.
    2. By storing cookie files on end devices ("cookies").

2. Selected data-protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login points and personal-data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
  4. An important part of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

3. Hosting

  1. The site is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of: dhosting

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if necessary to perform a contract entered into with you or to fulfil obligations resting on the Controller. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
    • companies providing marketing services to the Controller
  2. Your personal data processed by the Controller will not be kept for longer than necessary to carry out the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. concerning accounting). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • its rectification,
    • its erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3 above regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of the Controller's legitimate interests, including profiling — although this right of objection cannot be exercised where there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint about the Controller's actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the site.
  7. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under a concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing carried out by the Controller.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal-data-protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The site collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, where it is provided.
  2. The site may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the site may save information making it easier to associate data in a form with the email address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in a form is processed for the purpose arising from the function of that particular form, e.g. to process a service request or a sales enquiry, register for services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is for.

6. Operator logs

  1. Information about user behaviour on the site may be logged. This data is used to administer the site.

7. Key marketing techniques

  1. The Operator analyses site traffic statistics through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not pass personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit information derived from cookie files using the tool at: google.com/ads/preferences
  2. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) knows that a person registered with it is using the site. This is based on data for which Facebook is itself the controller — the Operator does not pass any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.

8. Information about cookies

  1. The site uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the site's user and are intended for use with the site's web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity that places cookies on the end device of the site's user and gains access to them is the site's operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the site user's session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage of the site;
    2. achieving the purposes described above in the "Key marketing techniques" section;
  5. Two main types of cookies are used on the site: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies". Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user's end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the user's end device for the time specified in the cookie's parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
  6. Web-browsing software (a web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the user's end device by default. Site users can change their settings in this regard. A web browser allows cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this subject is available in the help or documentation of your web browser.
  7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the site's web pages.
  8. Cookies placed on the end device of the site's user may also be used by entities cooperating with the site's operator, in particular this applies to: Google (Google Inc., based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc., based in the USA).

9. Managing cookies — how to give and withdraw consent in practice

  1. If a user does not want to receive cookies, they can change their browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies necessary for authentication, security, or maintaining user preferences may make websites harder, or in extreme cases impossible, to use.
  2. To manage your cookie settings, choose the web browser you use from the list below and follow the instructions:

    • Chrome
    • Safari
